Wilhelmina

The choice of the name was twofold. It was the coronation year of Queen Wilhelmina, and Wilhemina was also the name of the wife of the founder of the company, Isaäc Salomon. Isaäc Salomon was succeeded by a cousin Jacques Salomon, of whom Cees van Oosterhout took over the company in 1963, after an active billiard career. Today, the lead is in the hands of his two sons.
